The WayToPoland company is not a tour operator. We provide concierge services, including guidance tips during sightseeing and traveling across Poland. We advise tourists who travel on their own and pay themselves for transport, accommodation, meals, tickets and other services.
The rates for our services are given in Polish Zloty (PLN). Payments are accepted in Polish Zlotys. The currency converter below is given only in order to facilitate the calculations. Pricing includes up to 7 days of active touring, each day over will be priced separately.
Execution of the contract
Order placed on a standard range of services will be completed within 5 working days starting from the day of confirmation of a payment. In the case of contracts that go beyond standard services, starting date will be agreed individually. Standard service will be carried out by supplying a file with all the data in pdf format to the Customer email address. Some information on the service can also be send directly in the contents of e-mails sent to Customer e-mail address. Additional services, including telephone or personal contact during the stay of customer in Poland, will be done on an ongoing basis in an appropriate form.
NUMBER OF TRAVELERS
The number of people traveling to Poland has no effect on our rates, except for transport to and from the airport or train station. However, if you plan to travel in a group of more than 4 people and going to take your trip during the high season (from June to September), we recommend you to contact us at least four weeks before the trip.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment shall be made after confirmation with the Customer date of travel and trip acceptance by WayToPoland. We do not require any prepayment before the final acceptance of the order on our part.

Bank transfer (client pays all additional bank charges).
CHANGES IN THE AGREEMENT MADE BY THE CLIENT
In case of change of the agreed terms of the contract by the Customer (ex. change the date of travel or change the place of arrival in Poland) after the payment and before the execution of the services, the term of the service starts again by the next following day from effective notification WayToPoland of the change by email, which was conducted in previous correspondence. In case of changes to the agreed terms of the contract made by the Customer after the contract has been fulfilled, we can upgrade the original program for an additional fee, calculated individually, based on the scope of changes necessary to upgrade an earlier contract.
We take no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by providers such as hotels, transport operators or any other service providers after arrangements between WayToPoland and Customers have been made. However, if our agreement includes 24-hours contact, we are at our Customers disposal during their stay in Poland.
All complaints should be sent by email to email@example.com within 10 days from the last day of the service provided by WayToPoland. The complaint should contain a detailed description of the service from which the Customer was not satisfied. At the time of confirmation of the complaint, WayToPoland refunds the difference between the value of full service and the value of services provided. In case of any gaps in the service during your stay in Poland, we recommend you to contact us immediately to clarify the situation.
